NET: The Selling of ITER

Pending resolution, I am annotating the Krivit page on

The Selling of ITER

With the < button at the top right, comments can be seen. I should finish this tomorrow.

This page is linked from Krivit continues con-fusion, and a prior post is relevant, Krivit’s con-fusion re power and energy

This page has been taken down temporarily to prepare to handle a DMCA request I received through my service provider, shown below, with which Steve Krivit is attempting to prevent this page from being seen.

It is actually a total copy, as it stated at the top, not just parts. That is, it contains the entire original post of his. To comply with my service provider’s rules, I need to either take it down, or file a counter notification. Because the latter has legal implications, I have decided to research the matter, so to allow time, I am taking this down pending. I may pull it back edited, because I do not necessarily need to show the whole post of his. Perhaps I’ll just show the errors. Or maybe I’ll just bring the whole thing back, filing a counter notification. Or I am experimenting with Which is very, very interesting….

This, however, was not causing him harm, because the post was available for free access anyway, and links were provided to the original. I have written about copyright and Steve Krivit’s habits of quoting entire papers under “fair use,” as well as quoting, very much without permission, private conversations, so this is … ironic. However, I do not know that he has kept any paper up after receiving a DCMA takendown notice, which this is.
