Abstract
Patents are available for any arrangement that exploits Cold Fusion. The arrangement must incorporate a  feature which is new. However, for Cold Fusion inventions the Patent Office may require proof that the procedures described in the patent actually work.
And the description must be sufficient to enable others to duplicate the invention.
